
A healthy mind plus a sound body leads to a happy spirit. All too often we spend more time taking care of others and neglecting our most important asset, our "self." You don't have to spend a fortune taking care of yourself. A little time here and there for meditation (which can be combined with a calm, relaxing bath and a good/book with great background music) can make you feel absolutely ZEN. So go ahead and take time to take care of "you." Things will start looking much better. Your family will thank you, your friends will thank you and you'll feel great!
