I was thinking today, "When it's hot like it's been for the past week or so, does everybody go crazy?"

I've noticed this might be true. I guess most people just want to be somewhere cool... in the air conditioning somewhere and in a hurry to get there.  Me too, although I don't have air.   Everybody does things they wouldn't normally do, I suppose...

For example: We're driving down the road 50 mph.  In front of us to the right is an intersection coming up.  No big deal... we pass roads all the time, unless someone is in a huge hurry to get a slurpy or some inane item.  Then they fly up to the stop sign, stop completely, and then jump forward as if they are coming on out for their store trip.  We see this action and brace for impact! No crash.  For some reason he needed to move ahead 3 more feet. This happened to us 7 times today!

People passing when there is oncoming traffic, not signaling, going slow in the fast lane, and fast in the slow lane.  It doesn't stop there. Cashiers, fast food employees, everyone is crazy with heat! What's the real deal?

Do they think anything will change if we pass you then get hung up at the verynext redlight?   We pass them back because the lane they picked is slower. Ha!

Come on people!  My most sincere wish includes passing on some kindness you have received. It doesn't have to be some huge Samaritan thing,  just holding the door for someone and thanking the person for holding the door for you.

Stop when you see someone who needs help, (especially when you're in a hurry).  Be a little more courteous whilst driving, walking, or interacting with someone.

If that person you let get in line in front of you lets someone make a left turn in front of them, and so on, you may have started started a chain of kindness that runs all day from your one kind gesture.

Slow down people! We only live once.  Make the best of it for you, and all you interact with.

BE CONSIDERATE TO OTHERS!
